Colorado’s ski industry stands to suffer if the state enacts Arizona-style anti-immigrant bills.  Colorado Ski Country, U.S.A., Inc., an association representing 22 Colorado ski resorts, said in a recent report that Mexico and Brazil have become two of the leading countries from which skiers come to the state.

Justice Department Settles with Hoover Inc. for Unfair I-9 Practices

USCIS Implements Fee Increase for H-1B and L-1 Visas

26 Business Owners Engaged in Unauthorized Worker Ring

Twenty-six New York City business owners have been indicted for their involvement in a criminal scheme that smuggled Chinese immigrants into the U.S. to work at restaurants and other establishments.
