Report: Arizona’s SB 1070 Costs Over $141 Million

Justice Department Settles with Hoover Inc. for Unfair I-9 Practices

Third Circuit Affirms: Hazelton Ordinance is Unconstitutional

On September 9, 2010 the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit affirmed a lower court’s finding that Hazelton, Pennsylvania’s “Immigration Relief Act Ordinance” is unconstitutional. USCIS to Implement Increased Filing Fees This Month

Effective November 23, 2010, Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has increased government filing fees in all benefit categories.
